Return Policy

In order to process your volume purchase return, please contact the Volume Purchases department. Once the return has been approved, the Volume Purchases department will provide a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization number must accompany the volume purchase return.

  • A standard 30-Day return policy applies to new merchandise.
  • A 15% restocking fee will apply on all non-defective volume purchase returns.
  • All returned items must be in saleable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of product.
  • The 30-Day return policy will be honored only for Open Box handhelds that are defective.
