Important information about payment:

Credit Cards are not charged until order items are shipped.
Debit and Bank Check Cards may reflect deduction of funds immediately upon order.

When paying with a credit card:

  • For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

When paying with a personal check or money order:

  • To determine the total amount of your order, place desired items in the shopping cart, enter billing and shipping information and print out a copy of the screen.

Rules and Restrictions when you pay with a personal check or money order:

  • By sending your check, you are authorizing Palm, Inc., or its designee(s) to use information on your check to make a one-time electronic debit from your account at the financial institution indicated on your check. This electronic debit will be for the amount of your check; no additional amount will be added to this amount. If we cannot collect your electronic payment, we will issue a draft against your account. If you do not have sufficient funds in your account, a fee of $25 will be debited electronically from your account. Please contact the Customer Service department to learn about other payment options if you prefer not to have your check used this way.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that items you originally selected and for which you have sent payment will be available once payment is received. Inventory for your order will be held for up to 10 business days or until payment is received, which ever occurs first.
  • Pricing is guaranteed for up to 10 business days. Prices are not guaranteed after 10 business days of the order placement date.
  • If your personal check or money order is not received within 10 business days of the order being placed the order will be cancelled.
  • Promotional discounts and prices (including free shipping) are not guaranteed for orders paid for by personal check or money order.
