Software and SD Expansion Cards All damaged or defective software purchases and MultiMedia / SD expansion cards may be returned within 30 days of date of shipment for exchange or online credit only (no refunds). A MultiMedia / SD expansion card may only be returned if it is damaged or defective. To return Software or SD Expansion Cards, please call our sales center at 1-800-881-7256 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Customized / Personalized Products All sales are final for customized products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned.
