We want you to be satisfied with your product purchase. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us (after obtaining an RMA number) within 30 days from the purchase date for a product refund. This guarantee applies to products ordered from www.palm.com or the Palm Store phone center. Please note that a $35 re-stocking fee will apply to each phone returned and the shipping and handling fee is not refundable.

The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

If the item you are returning was accompanied by a free or discounted promotional item at the time of purchase, you must also return the free or discounted promotional item. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of the full retail value of the missing item from any credit issued, as well as a restocking fee of 25% on the total order.

Software and SD Expansion Cards

All damaged or defective software purchases and MultiMedia / SD expansion cards may be returned within 30 days of date of shipment for exchange or online credit only (no refunds). A MultiMedia / SD expansion card may only be returned if it is damaged or defective. To return Software or SD Expansion Cards, please call our sales center at 1-800-881-7256 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code and return instructions.
