30-Day Open-Box Return Policy

The 30-day Open-Box return policy applies only to defective items purchased from our Outlet department. Please call our sales center at 1-800-881-7256 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All packages must reference an RMA number on the outside of the box.

Rules and Restrictions:

  • Defective Open-Box items must be returned in the original boxes, and with all original paperwork, parts and accessories.
  • Defective Open-Box items must be returned only after obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code.
  • Defective Open-Box items must be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment.
  • Upon receipt, store.palm.com tests the returned Open-Box item to determine that it is defective.
  • If an Open-Box item return does not meet the standards mentioned above, store.palm.com reserves the right to issue credit less a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price.

Ship your return package prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as United States Postal Service registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. store.palm.com is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs to Open-Box items while in transit to us.
