If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of the date of the purchase date for a product refund. (Open-Box items must be returned within 15 days from the purchase date. Open-Box items that are deemed defective by our Technical Support department may be replaced.) The packing slip in your package will contain detailed instructions for returning an item to our online store.
Here are the basic steps:

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain your RMA number, please call our sales center at 1-800-881-7256 to speak with a sales center agent. The RMA number must be written on the original invoice found inside your original order package. Palm will refuse delivery of any returned item without an RMA number. |

Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including warranties. All products must be returned in like-new condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to qualify for your return credit. Please note that a $35 re-stocking fee will apply to each phone returned and the shipping and handling fee is not refundable. This policy applies to all products ordered from www.palm.com or the Palm Store phone center. |

On the outside of the package you are returning, print the return-shipping address and the RMA number supplied to you by the sales agent; do not include any other markings or text on the package. Ship your return prepaid and insured by a carrier that offers package tracking, such as United States Postal Service registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express. You are responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during return shipping to Palm. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. |

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product and verification that all materials have been returned as requested in acceptable condition. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part. |

If the item you are returning was accompanied by a free or discounted promotional item at the time of purchase, you must also return the free or discounted promotional item. Failure to do so will result in the deduction of the full retail value of the missing item from any credit issued, as well as a restocking fee of 25% on the total order. |

Software and SD Expansion Cards
All damaged or defective software purchases and MultiMedia / SD expansion cards may be returned within 30 days of date of shipment for exchange or online credit only (no refunds). A MultiMedia / SD expansion card may only be returned if it is damaged or defective. To return Software or SD Expansion Cards, please call our sales center at 1-800-881-7256 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
