Eligibility
The following individuals are eligible to purchase through the Palm Education Individual Store:
Students attending an accredited higher education institution
Employees of K-12 and higher education institutions
Currently-serving School Board members
PTA /PTO executives currently serving as officers
Employees of a public or private preschool
Qualified homeschools
Eligible individuals will receive a discount of up to 25% off retail prices on a variety of Palm® products, including the Treo™ smartphone.
Terms And Conditions
You affirm that you are a member of one of the eligible groups defined above to purchase through the Palm Education Individual Store (“Store”). As a condition of using this Store, you agree to keep pricing information confidential. You agree that all purchases are for your own personal, education, and/or research use and are not for resale. This includes, but is not limited to, resale through other stores, through the Internet, or by any other means. You are limited the purchase of two (2) of each product per academic school year (July 1 – June 30) through this Store. If you wish to purchase additional items in excess of this limit, visit the public Palm Store. Abuse of this agreement can result in the termination of your Store access privileges
